Deeper Mindfulness

This course comprises a set of lessons which are subject to change and revision in the light of feedback from students and other sources. It is not organised in a linear progression. It is more like a spiral with movement back and forth between lessons as undestanding deepens based on new learning.

This is the core component of DeeperMindfulness.com. Anyone who completes the deeper mindfulness course is entitled to join all other courses, workshops and events on the site at a reduced fee and can access all updates and additions to the course material as they are created.

There is a tutorial for every student on completion of lesson one and an assessment is made as to which step is the best next step for the student. Each student should keep a journal as part of a self monitoring process through the course.

Bursaries: Anyone may apply for a bursary and each request should be submitted in an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. giving a reason why granting of a bursary would be appropriate.

Students awarded bursaries will be required to submit their journals for assessment and feedback after each lesson.

At the end of the course students will be awarded a Certificate in deeper mindfulness or a Diploma in deeper mindfulness.

Diploma holders will be eligible to study to become a teacher of deeper mindfulness.
